Try before you buy
Pagewood is free to try. Where a trial is offered, you can use the full app before paying, so you can decide whether it's right for you. Nothing is charged automatically when a trial ends.
Bought on Google Play
Purchases made inside the Android app are processed by Google Play. You can request a refund from Google within 48 hours of purchase at play.google.com. After that, email us and we'll help: we refund any purchase made in the last 7 days on request, no questions asked.
Bought on our website
If you paid us directly, email us within 7 days of purchase with your payment reference and we'll refund the full amount. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 working days (your bank may take a little longer to show it).
Cancellation
Pagewood is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged again. If you have a pending order you no longer want, email us before it completes and we'll cancel it.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice, or charged but didn't get the unlock, email us with the payment reference and we'll fix it or refund it in full.
