Terms & Conditions
Pagewood — focus timer. Effective 1 October 2026.
Who we are
Pagewood is an app made and run by Balmike Kumar, publishing as Bkv Sapience, India ("we", "us"). By installing or using Pagewood, or this website, you agree to these terms.
The app
Pagewood is a focus timer: you start a session, a tree grows while you focus, and your sessions are kept in a journal. Strict mode can optionally block other apps on Android during a session, using permissions you grant and can revoke at any time. Seeds earned in the app have no cash value, can't be bought, sold or transferred, and are used only inside the app.
Free trial and purchases
Pagewood may offer a free trial followed by a one-time purchase that unlocks the full app. The price is shown before you pay. Purchases inside the Android app are processed by Google Play under Google's terms; purchases made directly on our website are processed by our payment partner. A one-time purchase is not a subscription and does not renew. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Your account
An account is optional and only used to sync your data. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account and synced data at any time (how).
Fair use
Don't misuse the app or our servers: no reverse engineering to bypass purchases, no attempts to access other users' data, and no automated abuse. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your data
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty
Pagewood is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be free of bugs or always available, or that app blocking will work on every device. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date above; continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
